For the January 27th, 2009 rebroadcast of The Mentalist episode "Seeing Red":
According to the final live+same day ratings for it's time slot, The Mentalist was FIRST in households (9.6/14), viewers (15.226m) and THIRD in adults 18-49 (2.9/7).
It's worth noting that this repeat episode of The Mentalist was up against a brand new episode of Fringe (with it's American Idol lead-in) and yet still attracted the most, overall viewers.

According to the final live+same day ratings, at 9:00 PM on November 18th 2008, The Mentalist episode 7 "Seeing Red" was second in households (9.8/15), viewers (15.84m) and adults 25-54 (5.1/11, -0.2 behind ABC) while averaging a 3.5/09 in adults 18-49.
The Mentalist continues to be the only bona fide new hit of the season.
